Ukraine’s wartime politics are bracing for a potential earthquake as former commander‑in‑chief and current UK ambassador Valerii Zaluzhnyi signals he wants to leave London and return to Kyiv in early January, after reportedly telling President Volodymyr Zelensky weeks ago that he no longer wished to serve as envoy.
