Earth Day: Watch out for shower of Lyrid meteors

At the end of this day devoted to our planet, you can look to the heavens for a beautiful shower of Lyrid meteors. Flakes of comet dust, no bigger than grains of sand, strike Earth's atmosphere and disintegrate as streaks of light, says NASA.
