Israel allows foreign journalists to enter Gaza

Israel opened the Erez crossing for foreign journalists on Sunday, after months of banning entry into the Hamas-run Gaza Strip. The Foreign Press Association, which represents the collective interests of the international media in Israel and the Palestinian Territories, had headed journalists' petitions to Israel's Supreme Court to have the restrictions lifted.
