Novel way of expressing solidarity with the people of Palestine

Convener of World Minorities Alliance or WMA and a former Pakistani Minister, Julius Salik, on Friday adopted an unusual method to protest against Israeli attacks in Gaza. Strapping himself to a huge statue of a weeping dove mounted on a truck, Salik drove through the streets of capital Islamabad in a steady drizzle, to arouse the conscience of the United Nations and other Western Powers against the killing of innocent Palestinians, especially children.
