Viral Video | The Slow Mo Guys smash jellies with tennis racket

A video made by The Slow Mo Guys of jellies being hit with a tennis racket has been doing the rounds on social media. Producers Gavin Free and Daniel Gruchy, known as The Slow Mo, show us what happens in slow motion when jellies are being hit by a tennis racket. The video has gained more than seven million views since it was first uploaded to social media on September 30. It shows Gruchy hitting multiple jellies of different colours with a racket (as well Free launching a jelly through the racket at Gruchy's face), followed up by a slow motion close up of the action where the viewer can see the jelly being split into elongated squares.

The Slow Mo Guys were inspired to do that video after seeing an image of a racket and a split jelly on the web.

Their channel was launched in 2010 and regularly gets millions of views on each of their videos.

Gavin Free uses a high speed cameras capable of capturing 30'000 frames per second to film the duo's stunts.
