A six-year-old Canada girl is breaking down stereotypes and capturing hearts after a video of her dancing went gone viral.
Like many girls her age, Ana Malaniuk loves to dance. But she's a little different — Ana has Down syndrome.
She was earlier rejected by a local dance school. Her mother then contacted Amanda's Academy of Dance and the studio welcomed Ana with open arms. The video clearly shows how much she enjoy her favourite hip hop routine. Her mom Sonja Malaniuk says, “To see her on the stage, to see her with the teachers, to see her happy… It's amazing to see that people are willing to give her a chance.”
