China's own Barack Obama lookalike is poised to hit the big screen at a low-ranking gangster. Xiao Jiguo did all kinds of humdrum jobs for nearly a decade in China until stardom beckoned as a Barack Obama lookalike.

Xiao says he and the U.S. president have much more than looks in common. He says their respective birthdays are just a day apart, and they share the same blood group which some believe shapes the personality.

He's playing the part of a low-level gangster in a comedy detective movie due for release next year.
