Zelensky fails to strike targets in Russia after Putin's 1400 drone barrage: Kyiv using faulty UAVs?

Russia said on May 16 that a Ukrainian drone attacked the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant site and fell near the power units without detonating, according to a statement carried by TASS. Russia also said on May 17 that air defenses repelled another drone attack on Moscow, with Mayor Sergey Sobyanin saying ten more UAVs were shot down, while the Russian Defense Ministry claimed its forces captured Borovaya and Kutkovka in the Kharkiv region.
