A newly resurfaced video showing Brian Harpole, a security provider for the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has sparked online debate and speculation surrounding Kirk's assassination in September 2025.
The footage shows Harpole in the crowd moments before the fatal shooting. Many users on X are urging Candace Owens to weigh in on the new clip and possible evidence in the case.
The suspect, Tyler Robinson, remains in custody and is facing murder and other charges related to the assassination. Authorities have maintained that no credible sources link Harpole to the shooting.

What does the video show?
After Blake Bednarz uploaded the video, the short clip gained traction online in late December. It allegedly shows Harpole standing among the attendees with his arms folded and one hand partially hidden at the Turning Point USA event shortly before Kirk was shot.

Who is Brian Harpole?
Brian Harpole is a former Texas police officer. He left the force in 2008 with 14 years of experience in law enforcement. He then started his own private firm providing protective services, Integrity Security Solutions.
Harpole's company was in charge of security at Charlie Kirk's TPUSA event. When Harpole appeared on The Shawn Ryan Show in November 2025, he discussed security measures and voiced worries about the venue's shortcomings.

Candace Owens to probe?
Candace Owens, who has dedicated her podcast to the September assassination of Kirk and has repeatedly questioned the circumstances around it, has become central to the discussion.
Owens has previously floated alternate theories on her podcast, involving alleged eyewitnesses and disputed details about Kirk’s final days.
On December 9, 2025, Owens said in her podcast, “I received SHOCKING information which puts Charlie's last trip to Asia in a new light. And it involves his security detail, Brian Harpole.”
According to Ownes, a “credible source” in witness protection claimed that days before Kirk was assassinated, he saw Harpole at a high-level US military gathering in Arizona.
However, there has been no official confirmation of the statements Owens made in her podcast, nor has she provided any credible evidence.
