The Westfield Oakridge mall in San Jose, California has reportedly been locked down on Wednesday afternoon amid a possible shooting on the property on Blossom Hill Road. Visitors are reporting chaos at the mall as a police response is underway. Some claim that a shooting may have taken place on the property.

However, as of now the San Jose Police Department has not confirmed the details of the incident. Multiple users in the local Facebook group Moms Of San Jose discussed the situation, suggesting a shooting may have taken place inside the mall.

The San Jose Police Department has not yet confirmed if shots were fired at the mall.
