Todd Blanche’s wife Kristine shared MAHA-linked post hours before Pam Bondi's firing; ‘finally!’
Kristine Blanche reposts White House adviser Calley Means’ post on MAHA movement, drawing attention amid Todd Blanche’s rising political profile
U.S. President Donald Trump has appointed the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche, as the acting attorney general after the firing of Pam Bondi. Trump stated that Blanche will take over as head of the Justice Department immediately.

Social media activity by Kristine Blanche, the wife of Todd Blanche, has come to notice after Blanche's appointment. She reposted content linked to the “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) movement just hours before her husband's recent promotion.
According to an Instagram story shared on her account, Kristine Blanche reposted content originally published by White House senior adviser Calley Means, a prominent figure associated with the MAHA movement.

What did Todd Blanche's wife, Kristine Blanche, post?
Kristine Blanche reposted an Instagram story by White House senior advisor Calley Means, amplifying a claim about a new healthcare policy linked to the “Make America Healthy Again (MAHA)” movement.
The post asserted that hospitals serving sugary drinks or “inflammatory processed food” to patients could lose Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, calling such practices “medical malpractice.”
In the post, Means stated that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) had instituted a policy penalizing hospitals for serving unhealthy food to patients. The post further claimed that such dietary practices delay recovery and send harmful signals in a country where over 50% of adults are prediabetic or diabetic.
Kristine Blanche has largely stayed out of the political spotlight; however, in her Instagram bio, Kristine lists herself as a “Wellness Warrior.” There are other posts on her Instagram about illnesses and medications that explain the MAHA-related repost.
The MAHA movement is often associated with wellness-focused conservative circles and has increasingly influenced discussions around food systems, chronic disease, and healthcare reform.

Todd Blanche rises in ranks
In a social media post, Trump announced that Blanche, who was once his personal attorney, would temporarily assume the head of the Department of Justice (DOJ). He praised Bondi and called her a "loyal friend and a great American patriot."
Trump appointed Blanche in 2025 as the Deputy Attorney General. He has previously represented him in a number of court cases, including this year's criminal trial involving hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.
Trump complimented Blanche in a statement following his electoral victory, saying, “Todd is an excellent attorney who will be a crucial leader in the Justice Department, fixing what has been a broken System of Justice for far too long.”
