Around 4,000 Sikh pilgrims from India arrived in Pakistan by special trains to take part in week-long Baisakhi celebrations.
The pilgrims, who crossed through the Wagah border, are scheduled to attend the festivities at Gurdwara Punja Sahib, Hassanabdal and will also visit Lahore during they their 10-day stay.

They will attend the main Baisakhi function till April 14 and will later proceed for Nankana Sahab, Gurdwara Janam Asthan and Tamboo Sahab.
The pilgrims will also participate in celebrations marking the 308th birth anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh.
