A passenger aboard a Korean Air Lines flight has captured the moment when the aircraft's wing was struck by lightning mid-air.
The video shows the aircraft flying through dense fog in rough weather. A Daily Mail report said the plane was believed to be coming in to land in South Korea after departing from Singapore.

The video, credited to Myagmarsuren Ricci, is believed to have been shot using a GoPro camera.
Lightning bolts are not known to cause damage to aircraft as bolts hit their extremities, before travelling through the outer shell and leaving the body. The Boeing 777-300 made a safe and early landing in Incheon after the incident.
British Airline Pilots Association (BALPA) spokesperson Captain Steven Draper told MailOnline Travel: "Lightning strikes do not affect the flying of an aeroplane, although when flying near or through thunderstorms, pilots might employ specific procedures. Pilots use the weather radar to avoid the worst areas of a storm."
