Actor Ali Fazal loves interacting with his fans, but recently he wasn’t too happy to meet a fan who had come to meet him.

Actor Ali Fazal feels strongly about taking one’s education seriously.

The actor’s fan, Krati, who hails from Kanpur, went all the way to Lucknow, where Fazal was visiting his family.

“It was very sweet that she came all the way and found me but I got ticked off when I heard her proudly say ‘I missed my entrance exam to come to see you’. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the gesture, but I wanted her to know that there is nothing without education,” says Fazal.

The actor feels strongly about taking one’s education seriously.

“People think actors are far away creatures from the world of education--this is false. We are required to unfortunately know about everything in the world. She wanted to become an actor, but I think education is more important, so I sent her back,” he says.
