Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday declared the final results of Indian Forest Service, 2016 examinations on its official website. The final selection is based on the results of the main examination held in November, 2016 and personality test in February-March, 2017.

A pdf file containing a list of 110 candidates (in order of merit) will appear on the screen. Of these, 48 candidates are of General category, 37 belong to Other Backward Classes, 17 to Scheduled Castes and eight to Scheduled Tribes.
The marks of candidates are expected to be available on the UPSC’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of results.
Candidates may obtain any information or clarification regarding their examination or recruitment from the “facilitation counters” set up by UPSC near the examination hall building in its campus in New Delhi, on working days between 10am to 5pm in person or over telephone.
