All the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders on Thursday made a beeline to Aurangabad to attend the wedding of party’s Maharashtra wing president Raosaheb Danve’s son Santosh Danve. Santosh, also the youngest legislator elected to the state assembly from home turf of Bhokardan constituency in Jalna, wed Renu Sarkate, at a lavish ceremony on the outskirts of Aurangabad city at Jabinda Estate lawn grounds.
A range of issues like — the wedding set being designed to look like a palace, hordes of guests and fancy venue — have raised speculation about the wedding spending but it’s Santosh’s recently-shared pre wedding video invite, that has become a talking point. Shot by Dream Diaries , a creative photography firm, the video shows Santosh and his fiancee Renu romancing and dancing to an English number with two costume changes and props thrown in.
The video wedding invite is reminiscent of the wedding celebration of mining baron Gali Janardan Reddy’s daughter that came under scanner for its opulence.
