Caught on camera | The moment when NYC explosion set off

Surveillance video has emerged of Saturday night's blast at NYC's Chelsea neighbourhood. People were seen running and debris flying moments after the explosion set off. The video was captured from a gym and shows the moment of explosion, debris falling and glass door shattering. At least twenty-nine people were injured in the explosion.
