If you're one of those photography freaks and looking for a story in every picture, then an interesting exhibition in the city might suit your artistic palate.
A group exhibition called Enigma by artists Saba Hasan, Ravi Dhingra, Nin Taneja and Puja Bahri looks at spirituality, the enigma of life and the conundrum that humans confront in the flow of time.
"The title of the exhibition is something that cannot be defined or outlined. The photographs exhibited here reflect a very mysterious experience, which on surface might be very recognisable, but have an inexplicable feel," says Bahri.
Her artworks are about mysticism- the belief that direct knowledge of God, spiritual truth, or ultimate reality can be attained through subjective experiences. One of the pictures from her collection is that of a man lighting a smoke. Bahri says the smoke around the holy man symbolises him going into oblivion.
Dhingra, whose photographs are about layers in everybody's lives, says that for him, the title means - a mystery. "It is something hidden, but not completely, something that's not obvious. It is like a translucent veil covering the scene and creating a feeling of uncertainty in the mind of the viewer," he says.
