Few days ago the police had received a written complaint from one Advocate Satish Tiwari alleging sexual exploitation of mentally-retarded children in a hostel in Sanjeevni Nagar area, by the husband and driver of the hostel superintendent, they said.

During investigation three victims told police that duo forced them to do unnatural sex, they said.

However, when police tried to contact Tiwari at his given address in Napier Town, it was found to be fake.

Garha Police Station in charge, N S Chandol confirmed the report of sexual exploitation to reporters, saying three children have admitted that they were forced to do unnatural sex with the hostel superintendent's husband and driver.

However, police is now in a fix as there is no complainant in the matter and therefore, they have written to Joint Director, Social Justice Department, P K Vaishya to direct any competent official to file an FIR in the matter so that action can be taken against the accused.
