Teenaged boy commits suicide
A teenager committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Anand Nagar near Piplani on late Friday night. Jitendra Raikwar, 18, was found hanging by the ceiling in the house behind Ram Mandir, the police said.

“His mother had gone to her brother’s place on Friday and returned on Saturday morning to find her son hanging,” said a police officer. “The body has been sent for post-mortem. No suicide note was found. We are trying to find out what prompted him to end his life,” he added.
In a separate incident, tricksters relieved a person of bag containing valuables. The complainant, Anurang Prakash, 32, had gone to a railway station and was sitting in the car outside the station when a person told him that currency notes were lying below the car.
While he scolded Prakash, another person came near the car, the police said. The complainant came out of the car but by then, someone took away the bag kept in the car. The bag contained ornaments, cash and other goods.
