Amitabh Bachchan shares Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt photos from Brahmastra sets but these are not the first look pictures. The team is currently doing rehearsals.

Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are prepping for their upcoming film Brahmastra. Their co-star Amitabh Bachchan has shared pictures from the sets where we can see the team enjoying their time together. Amitabh shared the pictures on his blog and wrote elaborately about them. However, he also clarified that these pictures do not reveal their looks for the film and are mere stills from their rehearsals.

Directed by Ayan Mukerjee, Brahmastra is the first film in an upcoming fantasy adventure trilogy.

After the rehearsal session, Ranbir and Alia were spotted leaving together.

Alia and Ranbir spent the day with Amitabh Bachchan on Brahmastra sets.

Amitabh revealed the crew was trying different looks for the film. He wrote on his blog, “The fresh new film, ‘Brahmastra’ .. the entire day was spent battling with the look for the film .. its a tedious job, sticking removing applying de applying and applying again, until some decision is reached .. and then on to the sets for blocking .. these are all new and unknown expressions for me, unknown in the times that I worked, unknown to most of my generation .. but it must be appreciated that the meticulous planning of the director and the production has to be appreciated .. such efforts were never seen in our time .. May this fresh and new generation with whom I have the honour and pleasure of working, give me learning and educate me in the qualities that I lack ..”

Amitabh concluded the blog saying, “Time for some back slapping .. ok GN .. need to learn my lines, before I make a fool of myself before these greats Ranbir and Alia..”

Ranbir will soon be seen as Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju. Alia is also working on Kalank with an ensemble cast and has already shot for Gully Boy with Ranveer Singh. Amitabh was recently seen in 102 Not Out with Rishi Kapoor and will soon be seen in Thugs of Hindostan with Aamir Khan.
