Atif Aslam to act in Bollywood

Popular Pakistani singer Atif Aslam of Doorie fame, has bagged the lead role in producer Kumar Taurani's next. The singer has even signed a three film deal with Tips.



A source from Tips told Mumbai Mirror, "Atif Aslam will star in the lead role in Kumar Taurani's untitled next. Atif has been exclusively signed on with Tips as a singer for five years. But he has signed a three-film-deal with them as well."



Kumar Taurani confirms to the tabloid, "Yes, we have signed Atif for a film. We have already narrated the script to him, which he has liked. The film will happen next year."

Atif will follow in the footsteps of Pakistani star Ali Zafar who has starred in Tere Bin Laden and would be seen in Yash Chopra's next Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and David Dhawan's Chashme Badoor.
