After Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh it is Delhi's turn to celebrate the spirit of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. On Tuesday evening, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit watched the film and immediately granted it exemption from entertainment tax.

"Dikshit was visibly moved by the film. She took a call on the tax exemption without hesitation," said a source.
Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra could barely contain his emotions. "What can I say? First Maharashtra, then Madhya Pradesh and now Delhi has granted 'Milkha...' a tax exemption. I am humbled by the unanimous acceptance of the spirit of Milkha."
