Sharat Katariya managed to impress Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor with his directorial debut Dum Laga Ke Haisha. The Ayushmann Khurrana-Bhumi Pednekar starrer reminded Rishi of his 1986 family entertainer Naseeb Apna Apna.

The 62-year-old actor, however, says the Yash Raj Films' latest production is better than his film. "Dam Laga Ke Haisha is a better version of my film Naseeb Apna Apna. Remember the curved 'choti' of the village girl? Me forced to marry? See the curved choti lol. This is Naseeb Apna Apna. Radhika, Farha Naz (Tabus sister) and myself. Was a successful film," he tweeted.
Both Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Naseeb Apna Apna share the same plot of the male lead forced by his family to marry a girl against his will.
