Essaying dark roles is the new cool, says Force 2 villain Tahir Raj Bhasin

Tahir Raj Bhasin likes dark roles and isn’t afraid of being typecast.

Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin will again be seen in a negative role in his second film Force 2. The actor is fond of playing dark roles and has a motto to follow.

Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin says he is focussing on good stories as of now.

He says, “If the international trend is to be believed, then dark is the new cool and I like that at the moment. I am not afraid of the whole typecast thing and when you watch the film, you will realise how different things are from my first film. In the previous one, my character was static and was mostly in a room, but with this one there are chase sequences and rooftop fight sequences,” he says.

The actor will be seen fighting actor John Abraham in the sequel to film Force (2011). Talking about his experience of working with Abraham and if he is ready for comparisons, he says, “He was such a mentor on the set. John even made his personal trainer Vinod Chana train me. He was very encouraging throughout the shoot. There cannot be any comparisons as the film is made with such honesty, that every character is defined in its own way.”
