A source says, “Irrfan has a knack of finding stories that the audience can relate to. This was apparent with this last film, Madaari. The actor believes that it is imperative that film-makers seek stories from the varied corners and cultures of the subcontinent. Irrfan is now in search for such stories. He plans to produce at least two films with such content in the near future. He wants the stories to resonate Indian ethos, so that they can be narrated well on the big screen for the global audience.”

After producing Madaari, Irrfan and Sutapa wish to make more such films.
