Navdeep Singh, director of one of India's finest noir films Manorama Six Feet Under, is back in style, with NH10. The film, scheduled for a March 6 release, features Anushka Sharma in the lead role.

The film takes its name from the national highway that connects Delhi to the border areas of Punjab, and is set in a Haryana village notorious for its criminals, and crimes against women.
Meera (Anushka Sharma) plays a professional living in Gurgaon who goes on a holiday with her friend Arjun (Neil Bhoopalam). The couple is sucked into the dark world of kidnappings and lawlessness in Haryana when they witness a girl being abducted. The rest of the film revolves around how the couple's life changes for the worse from hereon.
The film also has Darshan Kumaar, of Mary Kom fame, in an important role.
