Sajid Nadiadwala's son in Housefull 2

He has already faced the camera multiple times in the past. And now, nine-year-old Subhaan, son of producer Sajid Nadiadwala, has done it again in his father’s upcoming production, Housefull 2.

He has already faced the camera multiple times in the past. And now, nine-year-old Subhaan, son of producer Sajid Nadiadwala, has done it again in his father’s upcoming production, Housefull 2. The child actor will be reprising actor Riteish Deshmukh’s younger days in the film directed by Sajid Khan.

“I call Subhaan my lucky mascot. Whichever films he has made appearances in — Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Om Shanti Om (2007), Heyy Babyy (2007) and Housefull (2010) — have been hits. So, he has a 100 per cent track record,” says Khan, with a laugh.

The director says that Subhaan is already called a ‘mini superstar’ by his team. He adds, "Since Housefull 2 is Nadiad and my film, we had to take Subhaan somehow. And he is very good even at such a young age. We shot with him only for one day. Besides, Subhaan, we also shot with Tisha, who is T-Series’ Kishan Kumar’s daughter. Both of them were wonderful."

Khan, on his part, is working on the first trailer of Housefull 2. “The editing of the film is finally over. I want to make it as entertaining as possible. I also want the trailers of the film to have a repeat value because they are an indication of what the film is all about. Besides, I am happy that finally all the work is over on the film,” he says. A sequel to the 2010 hit Housefull, Khan’s new film stars Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Asin, Shazahn Padamsee, Zarine Khan, Mithun Chakraborty, Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor among others.
