Shilpa Shetty Kundra to give a talk on health and fitness

The actor will travel to an institute in London to deliver a lecture on health and fitness.

For a long time now, Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been known for her svelte figure and focus on fitness. She even launched a yoga DVD a few years ago, and co-authored a book in 2015. Now, we have found out that the actor has been invited to the City Literary Institute in London, UK, for a talk on health, fitness, and the success of women in different fields. The event will be held in May.

“Shilpa is looking forward to the trip as it involves topics that are very close to her heart. She can’t wait to share her knowledge about the same with the students at the institute. Besides that, Shilpa loves the UK, as she has had a great connect with the country (in 2007, she won the British reality television series, Celebrity Big Brother 5). So, she is excited about this trip professionally and personally,” says an insider.

When contacted, Shilpa confirmed the news, and said, “I believe that if you’re not healthy, you don’t have anything. For that very reason, maintaining a healthy lifestyle plays a crucial role in a woman’s success. I look forward to talking at the university and sharing my insights on subjects I’m extremely passionate about.”
