Harshvardhan Kapoor’s second Bollywood outing, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, is all set for a box office clash with sister Sonam Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding on June 1.

Be it the Bollywood events or Cannes Film Festival, Sonam Kapoor always ceases the opportunity to look stylish and up to date with the latest fashion trends. She once again did it at a promotional event for her forthcoming film Veere Di Wedding. She participated in the event with her buddies from the film, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shikha Talsania.

While Sonam wore a long skirt and silver jacket, her friend Kareena sported an off-shoulder jumpsuit with corset details. Sonam’s sneakers also made a fashion statement.

Shikha Talsania was seen in a blue dress paired with silver footwear.

Talking at the film’s trailer launch earlier this month, Sonam had revealed her equations with her co-stars. She said, “I’m working with friends, so chemistry was not hard to achieve. Kareena is my favourite hero to work with. People expect women to pull other women down. What’s amazing is to bond together and rule the world.”

Veere Di Wedding is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. It releases on June 1.

Interestingly, Veere Di Wedding will clash with Bhavesh Joshi Superhero at the box office, which stars Sonam’s brother Harshvardhan Kapoor in the lead role.
