Though the Bachchan family now resides in Jalsa, the 74-year-old actor makes it a point to spend some time at Prateeksha, the very first bungalow he bought in Mumbai, where the star used to live with his parents- Haribans Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan. “Spending time at Prateeksha is a ritual .. a religious ritual .. I meet my parents each day .. their blessings carry me forward and beyond ..,” he writes.
