Bollywood actors Madhuri Dixit and Renuka Shahane, who will be seen together in Marathi film Bucket List after a gap of over two decades, recently brought back the magic of the 90s to the sets of the film. Bucket List marks Madhuri’s Marathi debut.
In an impromptu act that has gone viral online, Madhuri and Renuka are seen seated on the sets of Bucket List when the music of Lo Chali Main from Hum Aapke Hain Koun makes them spring to their feet and start dancing! Madhuri’s teen-like energy and Renuka’s enthusiasm in the video is adorable.
Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is presenting Bucket List, also took to Twitter to share the video on Sunday morning. “This just brought the hugest smile to my face!!!!! #HumAapkeHaiKaun is a sunshine film!!!,” he wrote.
Talking about the film, Madhuri recently told Indian Express, “My character, Madhura Sane, is a housewife who decides that she needs to take control of her life and in the process rediscovers herself. This is the life of every married woman, and not just in India. Women lose themselves somewhere when they get married. Family, kids, husband, in-laws and parents take priority over everything else. We forget to think about ourselves. Madhura is one such woman.”
