Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez, who is currently gearing up for the release of Judwaa 2, is more than happy to be injured on the sets of the film that also stars Taapsee Pannu and Varun Dhawan. In a video she shared online, Jacqueline and Varun are on a motorboat and she reveals the story behind her bruises.
In an Instagram video, Jacqueline shared that she took a dive in shallow water despite repeatedly being told not to by Varun Dhawan. However, she takes pride in her bruises and said, “I feel so cool right now, I had a really bad fall. I did something extremely smart - I jumped into completely shallow water after Varun (Dhawan) told me a hundred million times....not to dive. Over the mike, very loudly, I was told not to dive but I dived and came out, full of pride! I feel supercool.”
“Yes! I got a mark from Judwaa 2. Look at that! Proof that I did Judwaa 2. This is my tattoo from Judwaa. And there was a rainbow, that’s very good luck,” she added.
A remake of Salman’s hit 1997 film Judwaa, the second iteration has been directed by Varun’s dad, David Dhawan. The remake features several revamped songs from the original like Oonchi Hai Building and Tan Tana Tan.
The film is slated for a theatrical release on September 29. Karisma Kapoor and Salman Khan are likely to make cameo appearances in the film.
After Judwaa 2, Jacqueline will start working on her next, Race 3, along with Salman Khan.
