She is set to finally make her big-screen debut opposite Punjabi singer-actor Gippy Grewal. “As a father, I feelinsulted that she has to go through hard times because of me, as people are saying wrong thingsabout me. I hear that ‘Govinda will come and ‘irritate’ on the sets’. (sic) Why? She is doing a film now, and I haven’t even met them (the makers),” says Govinda.

“Some people also said, ‘Govinda will come on the sets (of her daughter’s film) and who knows how he will behave? He is a short-tempered guy.’ If people have any grouse with me, my kids shouldn’t have any problem due to it,” he adds.

In fact, Govinda is ready to give it all up for his children. “If somebody asked me to pack my bags and go away somewhere else, and not do films, I’ll do it for my children,” he says.
