Model Waluscha De Sousa, in the book, shares that she eats after every two hours and doesn’t believe in diets that involve giving things up. She gorges on chocolates and cheesecake, but exercises every day to stay fit.

Actor Malaika Arora Khan, speaking about her figure, confesses that she doesn’t eat after 8pm and follows the rule — Anything white is not always right. Thus, she avoids rice, pasta and cakes.

The book is replete with delicious recipes including some celebrity favourites and their secrets. The author has compartmentalised the recipes into broad headers. Anyone, who wants to cook up a storm, this book is a good pick.
