Badal cancels trip to Italy
In view of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's visit to Punjab on November 7, chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has cancelled his official trip to Bologna (Italy).

In view of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's visit to Punjab on November 7, chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has cancelled his official trip to Bologna (Italy).
"Badal was scheduled to lead a delegation of eminent farm equipment manufacturers and progressive farmers from the state at the International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition-2012 from November 7 to 11," a spokesperson said here, while announcing cancellation of the schedule.
The Canadian PM is also slated to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple in Amritsar and visit the Khalsa Heritage complex at Anandpur Sahib, the spokesperson added.
