"There is no one to address the grievances of people," said party spokesperson Ganesh Dutt. Dutt also said that the Congress has become a 'Kabaddi court. "During his current tenure, the chief minister has made so many visits to Delh that the number is even more than that of his total visits made during the last four terms," he added.

He said the rival groups in the Congress are visiting Delhi and meeting the high command and there is a competition between the rival factions in the party to meet its high command.

Dutt added that due to bad road conditions, the number of road accidents in the state is increasing and claiming several lives. He said the recent heavy rains have caused damage to houses, agricultural land and roads but the government has no time to address the problem.
