Chautala said that the Congress government had made up its mind to give a particular job in Haryana assembly to one of its favourite person and didn't properly advertise about it so as to get fewest applications for the same.

He also referred to inadequate advertisements given by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and said that the jobs were being given in pick-and-choose manner from back door or were simply sold in the state.

He alleged that former sarpanch of village Kambopura was even murdered after he allegedly sought his money back from the then minister Om Prakash Jain and chief Parliamentary secretary Zile Ram Sharma who had allegedly taken the money to get him jobs, but had failed to do so.
