Deepak Mahajan of Chandigarh lifted a total of 240kg to win top honours in the men 62kg weight category in the Tricity Weightlifting Tournament for men and women being held at Sector 42 Sports Complex on Tuesday.

Saddam Hussain of Chandigarh lifted 180kg to finish second, while Gurkeerat of Chandigarh lifted 175kg to finish third.
In 56kg category, Pancham George of Sports Complex-42 weightlifting Centre lifted a total of 190kg to finish first. Narinder of Chandigarh lifted 125kg and finished second.
