HC directs Jalandhar CP to investigate case against former Cong MLA Avtar Henry for obtaining Indian passport
Punjab & Haryana high court has directed the commisioner of police, Jalandhar, to investigate case against former Congress MLA Avtar Henry within two months for obtaining Indian passport by stating himself as Indian citizen between 1981 and 2004. It is being alleged that Henry is a British citizen since 1969.
