HC issues non-bailable warrants of arrest against Sant Rampal

Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday issued non-bailable warrants of arrest against religious preacher Sant Rampal of Satlok Ashram in Rohtak district and Ram Kumar Dhaka president of Rashtriya Samaj Seva Committee. HC directs Haryana DGP and home secretary to ensure the compliance of court orders for their presence in high court on November 10.
