HC sets aside reservation policy in promotions for SCs in Haryana

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Friday set aside reservation policy for SC’s promotions in Haryana for class III and IV employees. The court also directed the government to revert posts of persons promoted since 2006 back to their positions within three months.
