I want to develop UT villages: Gul

The Aam Aadmi Party’s Lok Sabha candidate from Chandigarh Gulkirat Kaur Panag held a jan sabha in Maloya on Wednesday.Villagers conveyed their anguish over the sorry state of medical facilities in the village, with the local dispensary perpetually being out of stock of prescribed medicines.

Gul also did door-to-door campaigning in the Gwala Colony near Maloya and said there was lack of basic facilities in the colony, including no medical facilities, no school, no market, no drainage for rainwater, and only muddy paths.

Gul fur ther added that, “My vision for the villages in Chandigarh is to see them develop and transforming them into mini-townships as compared to their current state of being under developed and grossly neglected areas.”
