While Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) held road shows, Congress leaders went on padyatras in various parts of the city.

BJP candidate Kirron Kher and her husband, Anupam Kher, and senior party leaders started the road show from Khuda Lahora village in the morning, with a large cavalcade that passed Sectors 11, 10, and markets and residential areas of several sectors and colonies. The first part of the BJP’s road show concluded at Manimajra. In the afternoon, the party started its road show from sector 61 and passed Sectors 52, 43 and ended at party office in Sector 33.

Supporters of Pawan Kumar Bansal organised padyatras in various parts of city, including one at Panjab University. Bansal himself held public meetings at Sectors 20 and 35. He also interacted with a group of doctors and ex-servicemen at Sector 18.

The BSP, too, carried out a road show in Dhanas. It covered sectors and villages, including from Sectors 31 to 44.
