The chief electoral officer of Punjab has fixed a meeting with the presidents and general secretaries of all recognised political parties of the state here on Saturday.
If the office bearer of any political party is not available for the meeting, then they can authorise two persons to attend the meeting on the behalf of their party, a Punjab CEO office spokesperson said here today.

Final electoral rolls published on January 5, 2013 will be handed over to the representatives of the party during the meeting, he said.
