Directions for the Jail Superintendents to make special arrangements on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan has been issued, an official spokesman said here today.The jail authorities have been asked to allow visitors on Raksha Bandhan from 9 am to 5 pm so that sisters of the inmates could tie rakhies, he said.

However, strict security norms would be observed on the occasion, he said.
