The chief minister during his visit to Hyderabad held detailed parleys with MD Hartex Rubber Varun Surekha, CEO Cancer Centers of America, India Smitha Raju, Executive Director, Cancer Centers of America, Rajesh Manthena, Executive Director, Narayan Group of Educational Institutions, Puneeth Kothappa, Executive Director South, GMR Group, S G K Kishore, Executive Director Annapurna Studios Supriya Y, President Wonderla M Sivadas, COO Biological E Lakshminarayana Neti, Executive Director and CFO, Laurus Labs, VV Ravi Kumar, CEO, DEFTeam, Gurpreet Singh and others, according to an official release.

During the interaction, Mann showcased Punjab as a most preferred investment destination in the country and asked the companies to invest in the state. He said the state government is firmly committed for extending fulsome support and cooperation to the industrial groups for setting up their operations in Punjab. “The state has complete communal harmony, peace and amity which have resulted in its overall development and prosperity,” he said, urging the industrialists to make optimum use of this congenial atmosphere backed by excellent infrastructure, power, skilled human resources and best industrial and work culture to spread their business. He said that the pragmatic policies of the state government coupled with industrial peace and state of the art infrastructure provide conducive atmosphere for industrial development.

Cabinet Minister Anmol Gagan Mann, Additional Chief Secretary to CM A Venu Prasad, Principal Secretary, Industries, Dalip Kumar were among those present.
