CAP registration begins for UG courses; July 16 deadline

In a significant change introduced this year, students who appeared for the PCM (physics, chemistry, mathematics) and PCB (physics, chemistry, biology) MAH CET examinations have also been made eligible to seek admission to BBA, BMS, BBM and BCA programmes.

Pune: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell on Monday commenced the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) registration for undergraduate professional courses, including BBA, BMS, BBM, BCA, integrated MBA and integrated MCA. Candidates can register online until 5 pm on July 16.

The cell has appealed to students who appeared for MAH CET 2026, conducted between April 28 and 30, to complete their CAP registration through the official website, www.mahacet.org.

In a significant change introduced this year, students who appeared for the PCM (physics, chemistry, mathematics) and PCB (physics, chemistry, biology) MAH CET examinations have also been made eligible to seek admission to BBA, BMS, BBM and BCA programmes.

According to the admission schedule, document verification and confirmation of applications will be conducted from July 7 to July 17, provisional merit list published on July 19, while candidates can submit grievances between July 20 and July 22. The final merit list is scheduled to be released on July 24.
