PUNE: Late flight attendant Pinky Mali’s father Shivkumar Mali visited Baramati on Friday and expressed unhappiness over the aircraft crash inquiry. He supported MLA Rohit Pawar’s allegations and demanded a thorough inquiry.

Pinky Mali was on duty on the late Ajit Pawar’s flight when it crashed. While in Baramati, Pinky’s father spoke to the media. He said, “I am visiting Baramati for the second time. First time, I came here was to collect my daughter’s body and today I came for her death certificate. We lost our daughter but expected a detailed inquiry into the circumstances leading to the crash. We must know the truth. We are receiving information only through the media, not from government agencies.”
Regarding the black box, Mali said, “We know that the black box does not get damaged easily but in this case, it burned. The truth about the black box must come out.”
Speaking about Rohit Pawar, Maili said, “Rohit Pawar lost his uncle and he is raising the issue. We too lost a daughter, so we can understand his feelings. Actually we were hoping that inquiry would happen on fastrack mode but it is not progressing as expected.”
