The bounce does the trick, though, climbing sharply and kissing the glove on the way through to the keeper. Raghuvanshi dives forward pouches it comfortably, and that seals the deal for the hosts.

At 127.6 kph, Green bashes the length hard, angles it in and around off. Sai swivels and pulls it off the toe end to long on for a single.

SIX! FIFTY FOR SUDHARSAN! His 6th half century this year and he just continues to pile on the runs for his side. Short of a good length, cutting into the batter sharply and skidding off the deck. Sai Sudharsan moves inside the line of the ball and pulls it over deep fine leg for a six.

Takes pace off, short, on off. Rahul miscues the pull shot, and it rolls down to long on for a single.

Nips in from outside off, on a good length. Rahul Tewatia is rushed on the pull shot and misses to lay his bat on it. He is struck around the midriff as he is cramped up for room and the ball rolls to the short third region for a leg bye.

Low full toss, outside off. Rahul gets down on a knee and slogs it aerially and on one bounce to Green at deep mid-wicket for a single. A fantastic penultimate over from Saurabh. Just 5 runs from it.

OUT! TAKEN EASILY! First IPL wicket for Dubey and he is overjoyed. He bowls it very full by taking all the pace off, and outside off. Jos Buttler stays put, tries to pump it over long off, but does not properly get under the ball. Ends up getting no timing and distance and offers a simple catching practice to the sub fielder, Ramandeep Singh, at long off. A fighting knock from Buttler, but it wasn't enough in a mountainous run chase. GT are 207/3, needing 41 runs from 7 balls.

Wide off cutter, on a fuller length. Sai slashes hard, but hits it on the bounce to the backward point fielder for just a single. 41 needed off 8 balls.

At just 112.5 kph, this is short, outside off. Sai Sudharsan slices it over extra cover. The long off fielder runs to his right and collects it on the bounce. Two taken.

WIDE! A bumper dug in short and slow, outside off. Sai Sudharsan climbs the imaginary ladder to ramp it over the keeper, but fails to do so. The ball passes above the head height and it is called a wide.

Outstanding yorker from Saurabh, on off. Sai Sudharsan fails to carve it away, and the ball zips past the outside edge by a whisker.

SIX! Top shot, that! A very expensive spell for Kartik tonight. Full outside off with a lot of width on offer. Jos makes room and creams it over extra cover for a cracking six. Tyagi goes for 0/59 in 4 overs as 21 runs come from his final over. 200 UP FOR GUJARAT TITANS!

Full toss, outside off, Sai Sudharsan gets across to sweep it away, but gets an inside edge on the boot and it then deflects away to the backward point region for a single.

FOUR! That's hit really hard! Back of a length, just outside off. Sai Sudharsan stands tall and swats it across to the right of deep mid-wicket. Anukul Roy rushes across, dives, but the ball speeds through the practice pitches and races away for a boundary.

Decision overturned! A wild delivery from Kartik, a full toss, just above waist height, angling away from the batter. Sai Sudharsan goes heaving across the line, but gets beaten up. The umpire signals for a No Ball, but KKR have reviewed it to challenge the on-field decision. The side-on replay with the Ball Tracking comes up. Sai's waist height is 1.102 meters, but the ball is passing at 1.028 meters. So, it is a fair delivery. And the on-field decision is changed.

FOUR! Dropped and races away! Fuller and outside off, Sai throws his hands at it, only to get a thick outside edge to the left of the keeper. Angkrish Raghuvanshi dives to his left, stretching his hands towards the ball, but it clips his fingertips and races to the fence behind. 56 needed off 16 balls.

SIX! Goes all the way! Kartik bangs it too short and around off. Sai waits for the slower one to arrive, and hammers it over the deep mid-wicket fence for a huge six.

Just a single! End of a fine spell from the spin maestro. Floated up, full and on off. Sai Sudharsan swings hard to go big on the off side. Miscues it off the inner half in front of square on the leg side for a run. Narine finishes with figures of 4-0-29-2. 66 needed from 18 balls.

Slower but the length stays short, on off. Sai Sudharsan stays leg side and cuts it away to the right of Rinku Singh at deep point for a couple of runs.

Keeps it flat and short, on off. Buttler goes for the reverse and mistimes it to right of short third. They cross.

Short and at the hips, Sai shovels it to deep backward square leg for a single.

OUT! HIGH UP AND CAUGHT! Narine strikes again and continues to weave the web. Pushed fuller from around the stump, around the leg stump line. Shubman Gill sits across in the crease and tries to slog sweep it over deep square leg, but gets a bit of top edge in the process. The ball sails towards Anukul Roy, who shows a good presence of mind. He plucks the ball just a few centimetres in off the ropes and balances himself over his right leg. However, the third umpire is brought in to check for the legality of the catch. A couple of angles come up to see whether Anukul Roy's right leg is in contact with the ropes or not, while holding the ball. But it is deemed a clean catch in the end. Gill is absolutely disappointed and walks back.

From around the stump. This is short, across the batter. Shubman Gill swings for the hills, but plays inside the line and the zips past the outside edge.

A big dive saves the Englishman! With this, Buttler gets to his FIFTY! From 32 balls. Third half century of the season for him, and overall, this is his 27th IPL half-century. At pace, full and wide outside off. Jos Buttler carves it over point and the sweeper, Anukul Roy tidies it up in the outfield, moving to his left. Quickly releases the throw to the keeper, where Buttler is forced to dive. Angkrish Raghuvanshi whips the bails off, but Buttler is well in by then. Two taken. A good recovery from Kartik, though. 14 runs from the over.

Big swing and a miss! Hits the hard length at 147.4 kph. It lands and spits up a bit as well. Jos Buttler throws the kitchen sink at it, trying to whack it over the off side, but the ball whistles past the outside edge.

SIX! Nicely done! Again, a slower delivery, short outside off. Jos Buttler backs away, makes room for himself and carves it over cover-point for a six.

FOUR! Mishit, but in the gap! Slow, short, outside off. Jos Buttler fetches it off the back foot and pulls it aerially but slices it between deep mid-wicket and deep square leg. The sub fielder, Ramandeep Singh scoots across to his left from deep square leg, slides by extending his left hand, but the ball stays far out of his reach and goes away for a boundary.

Stumping chance missed! Off-break from Narine, on a length, on middle. Jos Buttler pushes out in front of his body but the ball lands and spins past the inside edge. Buttler's back leg gets dragged out but Angkrish Raghuvanshi could not move to his left quickly and the ball clipped the gloves before rolling to short fine leg. The batters cross over for a bye.

From around the wicket, short and on off. Gill pushes it uppishly but well away from the bowler to his left. Single taken as the ball rolls to long off.

FOUR! Put away! A rare loose ball by Narine. Too short and wide on off. Gill gets on top of the bounce and slaps it all along the ground past extra cover for a boundary.

Full and quick, on off. Shubman dances down the track and hammers it wide of long off, where the fielder puts in a slide to stop the ball. Another brace for Gill.

Slows it down and offers flight. He also drags the length back, on off. Jos eases it towards extra cover for one.

On a good length, on off. Buttler lets the ball come to him and punches it past the diving cover-point fielder. Cameron Green covers a lot of ground in the deep and slides to prevent the boundary. Two runs taken.

FOUR! Hit hard and wide enough! 150 up for GT. Also, the 100-run partnership comes up between this pair. Chakaravarthy switches to over the wicket and tries to keep it away from the batter's arc, bowled on a length. Shubman uses his reach to good effect and spanks it to the right of extra cover for four more. 22 runs off the over, just the kind of over GT were after. Can they build on this?

SIX! Too short and it gets the treatment! A half-tracker by Chakaravarthy, on middle, looked like an attempted leg-break. Gill climbs onto it as he pummels it way over deep mid-wicket for half a dozen more.

FOUR! Up and over! Chakaravarthy attempts the wide yorker but Gill reaches out and manages to get under it as he crouches. Thumps it over the man at extra cover for a one-bounce boundary.

Just outside off, on a length. Gill punches it on the up but straight to Rahane at extra cover.

SIX! Dispatched! Pace on, a bit too short, on middle. Gill takes full toll as he plays the pull off the front foot and it goes way over deep mid-wicket for a biggie. Despite the distance it went, it looks like the ball came off the toe end and Shubman wants a new blade.

In the air... but it drops out of reach! Sliding across off, on a length. Gill plants his front foot towards the pitch of the ball and swings to go down the ground. He cuts across the line of the ball and slices it over extra cover. Ajinkya Rahane turns around and goes after it but the ball drops right between him and the converging fielder in the deep. A couple of runs for Shubman.

Takes pace off and this is fuller, outside off. Shubman goes hard at it but mistimes it to long off for one.

Fine effort! Delivers it on a short of a length, on off. Shubman gets on top of it and powers it down the ground. Manish Pandey is quick across the turf to his left as the ball gets to him on a couple of bounces. Pandey makes the stop and saves a couple of runs for his side.

Nearly went to hand! Green goes short now, outside off. With fine leg inside the circle, Jos walks across for the scoop. The ball gets big on him and lobs off the gloves but does not carry to Sunil Narine at short fine leg, who moves to his left and mops it up. They cross.

And again! A bit on the shorter side but it is another off-pace delivery, on middle. Jos backs away slightly and swings, looking to go down the ground but does not connect.

A big swing and a miss! Off-cutter, on a short of a length, around off. Jos puts his head down and swings for the hills but connects with thin air.

FOUR! Powered away! Green hits the back of a length, outside off. Buttler hangs deep in the crease and opens up the front hip to access the off side. He stands tall and slams it to the right of extra cover for a boundary.

Across off, on the shorter side. Buttler angles it through point and keeps the strike with a single.

FOUR! Oh, Ramandeep Singh has let this one through. Fractionally short, on middle and leg. Jos is on the back foot in a flash and he hammers it towards deep backward square leg. It goes straight to the sub fielder, Ramandeep, who bends to gather the ball, but it bounces and spins past his right knee and goes into the fence.

Floated up, fuller and on leg. Buttler clips it behind square leg to the left of the man in the deep for a couple of runs.

Short and on off, this is slapped to deep point for just a single.

Wide! A half-tracker, down leg. Shubman swings hard at it but fails to connect. A quizzical look by Shubman towards the umpire on wide not being given. He thinks about it before taking the review. The third umpire feels that Gill did not shuffle and that is down leg. There is no bat involved and the ball did not brush any part of the batter's body either. The on-field decision has been overturned to a wide.

Full and wide on off. Buttler reaches out and hits it to long off. They cross.

Across off, on a good length. Gill punches it to extra cover and hurries to the other end.

FOUR! Streaky! Gets the yorker in, outside off. Buttler drops his bat down but gets an inside edge and the ball goes past the keeper's left and races away to the deep fine leg fence.

FIFTY FOR GILL! 5th half-century of the season for the GT captain. Having been there since the start, he needs to carry his team right through, and the need is to up the ante. On a back of a good length, on off, Shubman taps it wide of point and completes a single.

Tyagi bashes the deck at 145.1 kph, on off. Buttler makes room to flat bat it back over the bowler's head. He mistimes it to long on and crosses over.

Slips in the yorker, outside off. Buttler is beaten for pace as he fails to dig it out.

Into the surface, on off. Buttler backs away to force it through the off side. He does not pick the slower ball and is early into the shot. Plays it uppishly but well away from the man at extra cover to his left. Another brace for Jos.

Pace off, angled in, on a length, on off. Buttler shuffles across for the scoop but is undone by the slowness of the ball. He toe-ends it in the vacant square leg region and comes charging back for the second run.

A bit of yes, no, and Gill is back home just in the nick of time! A bit short in length, outside off. Gill waits back and cuts it to the short third fielder and is off for a run, but Buttler, after taking a couple of steps forward, sends the skipper back. Gill is quick to turn around and retreats by putting in a dive as the fielder throws it to the keeper, who whips the bails off. However, the replay shows that Gill has managed to slide his back in the crease in time. At the halfway stage, the Gujarat Titans are 101/1.

Not that short, on leg, much quicker at 110.9 kph. Shubman Gill opts to play from the crease and gently tucks it through mid-wicket. The call is for two, and by the time the fielder charges in off the ropes, they hustle back for the second run. 100 UP FOR GUJARAT TITANS!

Drags the length again, does Varun. On middle. Jos Buttler gets on the back foot and steers it to deep square leg for a single. The 50-run partnership comes up between Buttler and Gill.

FOUR! Puts it away! At 104.2 kph, short, outside off. Jos Buttler hangs deep in the crease and cuts the leg break by using the pace. Beats the backward point fielder to his right and picks up a boundary.

Drag-downer, outside leg, Shubman Gill swivels and pulls it to deep backward square leg for an easy run.

SIX! Straight as an arrow! Slips in a juicy full toss, on middle. Shubman Gill tiptoes ahead and does not try to overhit it. Just lofts it over the bowler and clears the fence behind him for a six.

Smart review! Fullish, wide outside off, spinning away after pitching. It goes underground and almost dies on the keeper. Shubman Gill lets it be. Wide called. But Anukul is surprised by the decision and convinces Rahane to review it. It is a fair delivery to begin with. The split-screen replays come up. Gill has not moved, so the guideline remains as it is, and it shows that the ball is clearly inside that. So the on-field decision is overturned.

SIX! Graceful stroke! Narine alters his line and bowls around off and middle, on a fuller length. Shubman Gill shimmies down the track, uses his wrists and whips it nicely over the deep mid-wicket fence for a beautiful six.

Tighter line, on the stumps, on a length, seemingly the carrom ball. Gill hangs back and watchfully bunts it back to Narine.

SIX! A mighty hit and that should get Gill going! Drops it fuller and into the slot, outside off. Shubman Gill picks the length early, gets down on a knee and slog sweeps it over deep mid-wicket for a biggie.

OUT! CAUGHT! Sunil Narine strikes with his first ball in his 200th IPL game for the Knight Riders. Begins with a off-break, flighted delivery, on off. Nishant Sindhu extends his hands into the lofted hit but he gets no elevation whatsoever. Hits it flat and straight down the throat of long off, where Manish Pandey gets low and takes the catch around his knees.

FOUR! 7 runs off the over, not a bad comeback over for Matheesha Pathirana. Slips in a full ball, outside off. Gill transfers the weight onto the front foot as he leans forward and drives it between mid off and cover for a boundary.

Drags the length back and keeps it around the off stump. Shubman gets on top of the bounce and punches it straight to cover.

Wide! Drifting down leg, full and pace taken off. Gill misses out on the tickle.

Takes pace off and this is full, on middle and leg. Shubman clips it to mid-wicket.

Good change-up from Pathirana. At 142.9 kph, a bumper, over middle. Nishant Sindhu is taken by surprise and he takes his eyes off while attempting the pull. It goes aerially off the upper half of the blade but drops safely behind square leg. They cross.

Beaten! Sliding across off, on the fuller side at 141.4 kph. Nishant goes half-forward on the drive but is beaten past the outside edge.

A bit of tail back into the left-hander, full and straight, at the sticks. Sindhu watchfully blocks it off.

Wide! Sprayed well wide on off first up. Sindhu lets it pass.

Ouch, Sai is in agonising pain. Too straight again by Tyagi, at the hips, on a back of a length. Sudharsan pivots on the back foot to swing it away with the angle. The ball pings Sai on the left elbow and the southpaw loses his balance. He loses his bat as it drops in front of the stumps. Sudharsan gets back up on his feet and manages to complete the leg bye as the ball rolls behind square leg.

Missed out! Tyagi drifts down leg, fractionally short. Sai swivels to get it away but is late in doing so. Gets it more off the gloves and he can't beat Varun Chakaravarthy at short fine leg.

Beaten! Tyagi switches to around the wicket and angles it in, on the off stump, on a back of a length. Sai looks to play the line of the ball but the ball nips away enough to go past the outside edge.

FOUR! Put away! Cross-seam ball, wide on off, on a back of a length. Sudharsan reaches out and cuts it past cover for a boundary.

SIX! Just over! A heart-in-mouth moment for Sai. A well-directed short ball by Tyagi, right at the helmet of the batter. Sudharsan swivels and is rushed on the pull. The ball also catches him high on the bat. Matheesha Pathirana at deep backward square leg leaps and sticks out both hands over his head, but the ball sails over his head.

FOUR! Majestic! Tyagi dishes out a juicy half-volley, across off. Sudharsan hangs low and creams the drive with an angled bat face through covers for a boundary.

From around the wicket to the left-hander. Very full, outside off. Sudharsan looks to squeeze it away on the off side. Gets an inside edge as the ball rolls to short fine leg. Single taken.

Fuller and on the off stump. Gill brings his bat out in front and knocks it to the left of mid on for a quick single.

SIX! Up and away! Green bashes the surface, over middle. Gill dances down the track and gives himself room to go through the off side. He slaps it over cover and clears the fence to get going.

A ripper from Green! Half a shout for caught behind from Angkrish Raghuvanshi before he bails out. Green hits the deck hard and gets the ball to jag back in off the deck. This is on a back of a length, on middle. Shubman hangs back to deal with it but is cut in half due to the seam movement and the ball bounces over the sticks. A good diving take to his left by the keeper.

Much better! Hits the top of off, does Green. Shubman rides the bounce and keeps it out watchfully.

FOUR LEG BYES! Green starts too straight, on a good length at 138.3 kph. Green fails to lay any bat on the tickle. The ball clips the thigh pad and bounces past the diving Angkrish Raghuvanshi before racing down to the fence.

Beaten! Closer to the off stump, on a short of a length. A bit too close for the cut but Sudharsan still goes for it. The ball kicks up and goes over the blade. Three dots to start with, but the over ends up going for 15 runs.

Wide! Dubey has lost his radar after starting well. Nice shape, though, for Saurabh, but it is too wide on off, on a length. Sai shoulders arms.

Wide! Fuller now but it swings beyond the tramline on off.

FOUR! Nicely done! In the channel, on a short of a length. Sudharsan lets the ball come to him and just uses the pace of the ball by steering it to deep third with an open bat face.

FIVE WIDES! Wayward from Dubey. The ball tails back into the left-hander but it starts too straight. Landing on middle and leg, on a back of a length. Sai misses out on the tickle. The ball keeps drifting down leg and beats the diving Angkrish Raghuvanshi to his right.

FOUR! Sudharsan and the Titans are on their way. Slanting in, on a good length, on middle. Sudharsan walks inside the line and brings his wrists into play. He clips it through square leg and the ball speeds away into the fence.

Three dots to start with. Pushes the length up in search of swing and ends up offering width. Sudharsan extends his hands for the drive. The bat turns in his hand and he mistimes it to cover.

Fuller in length and angles it into the off stump. Sai gets on the front foot and punches it to point.
